Lucky Charms are eligible for return or exchange if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase once it is received. If the item arrives in poor conditions or the quality fails to impress the customer, we are happy to exchange the item or refund the customer. All items no longer wanted must be returned to the Raffle Luck facility. We will send a return label to the customer for their convenience, once the item is received, we will process the refund or send out the replacement.
